40k: Black Crusade Revised Character Sheet

This is a revised version of Fantasy Flight Game's Black Crusade character sheet appropriate for the Apocrypha supplement. It alters the structure and format of the sheet to make it more usable and adds certain buttons to reset certain fields. It is a product of revising the Black Crusade sheet to be usable from the first page while still allowing the remainder pages to retain their information and usefulness -- as such the first page has been altered. Some of the embedded fonts aren't working for reasons that aren't clear to me, but it works.

This sheet is appropriate for Black Crusade, a Fantasy-Flight branded (now discontinued) Warhammer 40,000 themed game.
